Art has always been the ability to create a moment, capture an emotion and our human interaction with our environment and times we live in.I have a strong interest in human interaction in urban environment- streetwalkers, touts, obscure characters man and woman inhabiting urban spaces. I call my paintings ‘’urban narratives’’, a process involving picking characters to mediate a message. These characters become objects of my narratives.
I play a lot with familiarities to seek dialogue and understanding with my audience.I am captivated by people, absorbed by figurative narratives in reference to everyday people on the edge of society.
